1. What Batch Grab Is
Batch Grab is a personal automation tool for Android that runs as an on-device overlay on top of the official Instacart Shopper app. It scans batches visible on your screen and auto-accepts ones matching filters you configure. Batch Grab does not modify the Instacart app, does not access Instacart's servers, and does not use unauthorized third-party servers to interact with your account. Instacart does not officially endorse third-party automation tools, and using Batch Grab is done at your own discretion.
2. Eligibility
To use Batch Grab, you must have a valid Instacart Shopper account in good standing, use an Android device, and be of legal age to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction. Batch Grab was originally available on iOS but is now Android-only; we discontinued the iOS version because Instacart's platform-level detection made automation unsafe for drivers on that platform.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
- You can sign up and use the Free plan without providing payment details.
- Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed in-app through Stripe on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence, depending on the plan you choose.
- Your subscription is tied to your account, not a specific device — you can log in on a new phone at any time, but only one device may be actively logged in per subscription at a time.
- Subscriptions renew automatically by default. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from within the app; you'll keep access through the end of your current paid period either way.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure.
4. Acceptable Use
Batch Grab is licensed to you for personal use on your own Instacart Shopper account. You agree not to: resell, sublicense, or share access to your Batch Grab account or subscription; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app; or use Batch Grab in any way that violates Instacart's own Shopper terms of service. Batch Grab is designed with human-like timing and conservative defaults to reduce risk, but no automation tool can guarantee your Instacart account will never be affected by Instacart's own enforcement decisions — see our FAQ for more on how we approach safety.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Batch Grab if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in activity that puts other users or the service at risk. You can stop using Batch Grab and delete your account at any time — see our account deletion guide.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Batch Grab is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the app reliable and safe to use, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Instacart app update, or any specific earnings outcome. Batch Grab is not responsible for actions Instacart takes against your Shopper account as a result of using automation tools, including tools other than Batch Grab.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers through the app or Telegram.
